by the Orphans7 Court for Baltimore City, and is of record
among the Wills in the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 157, folio 529.

238.     To the Deed from The Columbia Building Company,
a body corporate, to The German Evangelical Lutheran Saint
Mark's Congregation, a body corporate, whose corporate name
is now The Evangelical Lutheran Saint Mark's Congrega-
tion of Baltimore, a body corporate, by an Amendment of the
Charter duly recorded bearing date of the 8th day of Novem-
ber, 1926, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4659, folio 454, etc.

239.    To the following bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of William Mort, late of Frederick County,
Maryland, deceased, of record in Liber A. M. T. No. 1, folio
265, and probated April 27th, 1920:

To the Council of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church of Frederick
County, Maryland, a body corporate, for the uses and benefit
of said church and congregation, as provided in said Will.

240.    To the following bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Thomas M. Smith, deceased, recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in
"Wills," Liber E. R. D. No. 163, folio 48, etc.:

To Union Square Methodist Episcopal Church located in
Baltimore City, $1,000.00.

241.    To the assigument from Theodoric Smith and Mary
W. Smith to the trustees of the Union Square Station of the
M. E. Church, dated March 5th, 1915, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
2960, folio 271, etc.

242.    To the deed from Vernon P. Brooks and Lewis E.
Fox to the trustees of the Union Square Station M. E. Church,
dated July 1st, 1930, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5134, folio 117, etc.

243.    To the following devises and bequests contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Nettie Breichner, late of
Frederick County, deceased:
