Christ of Latter Day Saints to the Corporation of the Pre-
siding Bishops of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day
Saints, dated November 30th, 1928, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4976,
folio 113, conveying fee simple property No. 1901 E. Federal
Street, in Baltimore City; and also to the holding and disposal
of said property by the Corporation of the Presiding Bishops
of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

233.     To the grant and deed executed by the Safe Deposit
and Trust Company of Baltimore, Trustee, to the Trustees
of the Twenty-fifth Street Christian Church of Baltimore: City,
dated May 14th, 1929, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5007, folio 382, con-
veying fee simple property situated on the east side of the
York Road north of Radnor Avenue; and also the holding
and disposal of said property by the Trustees of the Twenty-
fifth Street Church of Baltimore City.

234.     To the Deed from the Columbia Building Company
to The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our Savious of Balti-
more City, bearing date the 20th day of March, 1930, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. 5101, folio 553, etc., conveying the leasehold interest
and estate in and to the lot of ground described therein.

235.     To the Deed from Sadie E. Ebert, widow, et al., to
The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our Saviour of Balti-
more City, bearing date the 16th day of June, 1930, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 5134, folio 482, etc., conveying the reversionary
interest and estate in and to the lot of ground therein described
and the annual ground rent of $120.00 issuing and payable
thereout.

236.     To the Confirmatory Deed from the Canton Com-
pany to The Mount Arrarat. Baptist Church of Canton, Balti-
more County, a body corporate, bearing date of the 6th day
of September, 1928, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No; 4922, folio 241, etc.
