4776, folio 443, conveying property at Harford Heights,
Baltimore City; and also to the holding and disposal of said
property by the Baltimore Mission Society of the Evangelical
Lutheran Joint Synod of Ohio Congregation, Incorporated.

property at Harford Heights, Baltimore City; and also to the
holding and disposal of said property by the Baltimore Mis-
sion Society of the Evangelical Lutheran Joint Synod of
Ohio Congregation, Incorporated.

Lutheran Church, dated March 4th, 1930, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S.C.L. No. 5096,
folio 63, conveying Lots 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, Section A, on the
Plat of Harford Heights, in Baltimore City, which plat is re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber
W. P. C. No. 4, folio 184; and also the holding and disposal of
said property by St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church.

meister Company to The Franciscan Fathers, Minor Con-
ventuals of Saint Stanislaus Church of Baltimore City, In-
corporated, dated November 10th, 1930, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
5172, folio 319, conveying property No. 721 S. Regester
Street, in Baltimore City; and also to the holding and dis-
posal of said property by The Franciscan Fathers, Minor
Conventuals of Saint Stanislaus Church of Baltimore City,
Incorporated.
