ceased, to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Williamsport,
Maryland, said sum to be invested.by the property governing
body of said church and the income therefrom applied as
follows: One-half to be paid to the Missionary Society of
said church, one-tenth to the Dime Society of said church and
the remainder of said income to be applied by said governing
body to the payment of current expenses of said church, of
record in "Wills" Liber 16, folio 413, etc., one of the record
books in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington
County.

149.     To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Daniel R. Smith, of record in "Wills" Liber
16, folio 430, etc., one of the record books in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a)   To the Trustees of the Reformed Church at Wolfsville,,
Frederick County, Maryland, in trust, $50.00.

(b)   To the Trustees of the Church of the Brethren, some-
times known as Fahrney's Church near San Mar, Washington
County, Maryland, $50.00.

(c)   To the bequest of one hundred dollars to the United
Brethren Church at Chewsville, Maryland. The income there-
from to be applied annually to the preacher's salary. (Above
sum to be placed on interest.)

(d)   To the bequest of one hundred dollars to the Church
of the Brethren at Chewsville, Maryland, to be placed on inter-
est, the income therefrom to be applied annually to the preach-
er's salary.

(e)   To the Mausoleum Company of Smithsburg, Maryland,,
in trust, $100.00.

150.     To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Sarah 0. Powell, deceased, of record in
Wills, Liber 16, folio 431, etc., one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a)   To the bequest of one hundred thousand dollars, after
the death of D. Frank Carl, brother of testatrix, to the trustees
or proper persons to receive the same, of the Church of the
Brethren of the Hagerstown Congregation.

(b)   Of the devise of decedent's property on Church Street
in Hagerstown, Maryland, to be given to the trustees or the
proper persons to receive the same, of the Church of the
Brethren of the Broadfording Congregation, with the right to
sell and reinvest the proceeds derived therefrom.
