1026                       LAWS OF MARYLAND.                [CH. 399

151.     To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Joanna Hahn, deceased, of record in Wills,
Liber 16, folio 448, etc., one of the record books in the office of
the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a)   To Rev. Father C. D. Kerr of Hagerstown, Maryland,
$25.00.

(b)   To Sister Mary Benedictar of Baltimore, Maryland,
$5.00.

(c)   To Sister Louisa Kretzer of Norfolk, Virginia, $5.00.

(d)   To Rev. Guilbert Hahn, $50.00.

(e)   To the contingent bequest of seventy-five dollars to the
Pastor of the Catholic Church of which Harry E. Martin of
Baltimore City, Maryland, may attend at the time of his death
to have Masses said for the repose of his soul.

152.    To the bequest and devise of the residue of decedent's
estate remaining after the payment of her debts and funeral
expenses, to the trustees of Salem United Brethren Church
of Keedysville, Maryland, as contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Mary H. Reel, deceased, recorded in Wills,
Liber 16, folio 439, etc., one of the record books in the office
of the Register of Wills of Washington County.

153.    To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Carrie C. Myers, deceased, of record in
Wills, Liber 16, folio 457, etc., one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a)   To the Washington County Home for Orphans and
Friendless Children, $2,000.00.

(b)   To the Board of Home Missions of the United Luth-
eran Church of America, $2,000.00.

(c)   To the Board of Foreign Missions of the United Luth-
eran Church of America, $2,000.00.

(d)   To Trinity Lutheran Church of Hagerstown, Mary-
land, $5,000.00. '

154.    To the following bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Mary H. Reiff, deceased, of record in
"Wills," Liber 16, folio 464, etc., one of the record books in
the office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

To the Mennonite Church at Reiffs, in Washington County,
Maryland, $30.00.

155.     To the bequest of the charge of five dollars annually
on the farm of decedent, said sum to be paid to the Consistory
