(a)   To the Washington County Home for Orphans' and
Friendless Children, decedent's household and kitchen furni-
ture, library books, book case and hanging wall pictures.

(b)   To the Washington County Home for Orphans' and
Friendless Children, one-half of the cash money derived from:
the sale of the rest and residue of decedent's estate.

145.     To the bequest of ten thousand dollars to the proper
officials of the Riverview Cemetery Association to be placed in
a trust fund, for the purpose of which is to use the interest,
from same for the care and maintenance of said cemetery and
to keep in good repair and condition the burial lots of Edward
G. W. Stake and Andrew K. Stake, as contained in the Last
Will and Testament of William Stake, deceased, of record in
"Wills" Liber 16, folio 397, etc., one of the record books in
the office of the Register of Wills of Washington County.

146.     To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Ellen Carpenter, deceased, of record in
"Wills" Liber 16, folio 398, etc., one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a)   To the Trustees of the Evangelical Church of Han-
cock, Maryland, $1,000.00.

(b)   To the Trustees of the Presbyterian Church of Han-
cock, Maryland, $50.00.

(c)   To the Rector, Warden and Vestry of St. Thomas'
Episcopal Church of Hancock, Maryland, $50.00.

(d)   To the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of
Hancock, Maryland, $50.00.

(e)   To the Free Methodist Charitable Home for Poor
Children at Woodstock, Illinois, $500.00.
