Miller, his wife, to The Trustees of the Members of the How-
ard Street Methodist Episcopal Church of the Hagerstown
Station, a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of
the State of Maryland, dated November 1st, 1923, recorded in
Liber Wo. 166, folio 656, one of the Land Records of Washing-
ton County, Maryland, being Lots Nos. 1 and 2 in the Hagers-
town Manufacturing Mining and Land Improvement Com-
pany's No. 2 Addition to Hagerstown, Maryland, Section 27,
the plat for this addition to Hagerstown being recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Washington County
in Plat Record Wo. 1, folio 19.

96.      To the Deed from C. Samuel Eckstine and Carrie E.
Eckstine, his wife, to the Trustees of the Members of the How-
ard Street Methodist Episcopal Church of the Hagerstown
Station, a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of
the State of Maryland, Deed dated November 1st, 1923, re-
corded in Liber No 166, folio 656, one of the Land Records
of Washington County, Maryland. Being Lots Nos. 3 and 4
in the Hagerstown Manufacturing Mining and Land Improve-
ment Company's No. 2 Addition to Hagerstown being re-
corded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Washington County in Plat Record No. 1, folio 19.

ment of Thomas E. Stapleton, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills for said
