91. To the conveyance from The Overlea Real Estate
Investment Company of a lot of ground known as Lot Wo. 1,
as shown on the plat of Overlea Hills to The Kenwood Pres-
byterian Church of Baltimore County, the deed being dated
October 22nd, 1927, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber C. W. C. Wo. 650, folio 36, etc.
92. To the bequest of one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00) to
Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Williamsport, Mary-
land, to be invested by the proper governing body of said
church and the interest mid income therefrom applied as fol-
lows: One-half of said income shall be paid to the Missionary
Society of the said church to be used in such manner as said
Missionary Society may determine; one-tenth of said income
shall be paid to the Dime Society of said church and applied
by said society as it may determine; and the remaining two-
fifths of said income shall be applied by said governing body
to the payment of the current expenses of said church, and if
either the said Missionary Society or the said Dime Society
should ever cease to exist, then the portion of income herein-
before allotted to them respectively shall also be applied by
said governing body to the current expenses of the church;
contained in the last will and testament of Emma B. Mot-
ter, late of Washington County, deceased, of record in Wills
Liber No. 16, folio 413, etc., one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills for Washington County.
93. To. the conveyance by Daniel W. Barkdoll and Flor-
ence A. Barkdoll, his wife, and Reuben B. Brown and Emma
E. Brown, his wife, of two acres of land, more or less, situate
in Election District No. 7, Washington County, Maryland,,
unto Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of Smiths-
burg, Washington County, Maryland, as mentioned and de-
scribed in the deed therefor which is dated the 27th day of
February, 1912, and is of record in Liber No. 138, folio 277,,
etc., one of the land records of Washington County.
94. To the conveyance of Keturah J. Koontz, widow, T.
Huber Koontz and Effie E. Koontz, his wife, of two acres of
land, more or less, situate in Smithsburg, Washington County,
Maryland, unto Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Congregation
of Smithsburg, Washington County, Maryland, as mentioned
and described in the deed therefor which, is dated the 30th day
