1014                       LAWS OF MARYLAND.                  [CH. 399

Register of Wills for said county, in Wills Liber C. EL B. No.
1, folio 171, to the Pastor of St. Anthony's Church, for the
use of St. Anthony's Church, Mount St. Mary's, Frederick
County, State of Maryland.

99.     To the devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Mary A. Roddy, late of Frederick County,
State of Maryland, deceased, of record in the Register of
Wills for said County in Wills, Liber C. IT. B. No. 1, folio
229, viz:

(a)   Michael J. Cur-ley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Bal-
timore, a corporation sole, or his successors in office, to be used
for the support and maintenance of the St. Anthony's Roman
Catholic Church, Emmitsburg, Maryland.

(b)   Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Bal-
timore, a corporation sole, or his successors in office, to be used
for the support and maintenance of Our Lady of Mount Car-
mel Roman Catholic Church, Thurmont, Maryland.

(c)   Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Bal-
timore, a corporation sole, or his successors in office, to be ap-
plied to the building fund for St. Mary's Roman Catholic
Seminary of Baltimore City or to be used for the general pur-
poses of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Seminary of Baltimore
City.

(d)   Rev. Louis B. Pastorelli, President of St. Joseph's
Seminary of Baltimore City, a corporation of the State of
Maryland, incorporated by an Act of the General Assembly
of Maryland in 1888, or to his successor in office, to be used
for the general purposes of said corporation.

(e)   Pastor of St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church at
Emmitsburg, Frederick County, State of Maryland, for.
Masses.

100.     To the devises and bequests' contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Mary E. Butler, late of St. Mary's
County, State of Maryland, deceased, of record in the office
of the Register of Wills for said county, in Wills, Liber P. H.
D. No. 1, folio 455, to the Oblate Sisters of Providence.

101.     To the devises and bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of William J. Donnelly, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills
for said city, in Wills, Liber E. R. D. No. 165/folio 74, viz:
