(p) To the Board of Education of the Methodist Episcopal
Church, $25, 000. 00.

60.     To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Mary Catherine Urner of Frederick County,
Maryland, deceased, the said Last Will and Testament being
probated May 7th, A. D. 1930, and recorded in Liber C. H. B.
No. 1, folio 242, one of the Will Records of Frederick County,
Maryland:

(a)   To the trustees of Lingamore Station of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of Unionville, Frederick County, Maryland,
$100. 00.

(b)   To the Methodist Episcopal Church of Union Bridge,
Carroll County, Maryland, $100. 00.

61.     To the grant and deed executed by St. John's African
Methodist Episcopal Church of the City of Baltimore to the
Lafayette Square Presbyterian Church of the City of Balti-
more, now the Hunting Ridge Presbyterian Church of Balti-
more City, dated April 5th, 1929, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 4989, folio
94, conveying leasehold property situate on the north side of
Lexington Street in Baltimore City, and also to the holding
and disposal of said property by the Lafayette Square Presby-
terian Church of the City of Baltimore and the Hunting Ridge
Presbyterian Church of Baltimore City.

62.     To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Test-
tament and Codicil thereto of Harriet Etta Beckner of Queens-
town, Queen Anne's County, Maryland, said Will being dated
April 4, 1923, and said Codicil being dated December 18,
1926, and said Will and Codicil having been probated in the
Orphans' Court for Queen Anne's County on December 3,
1929, in Liber W. T. B. No. 3, folio 249, a Will Record Book
for Queen Anne's County, and especially and particularly
Item VII of said Last Will and Item III of said Codicil, by
which there was bequeathed in trust for John C. Story the
sum of two thousand dollars ($2, 000. 00) for life, and at his
death, the same to fall into the residue of said estate, and espe-
cially and particularly Item XII of said Will and Item VIII
of said Codicil, by which all the rest, residue and remainder of
said estate of every kind and description was given, devised
and bequeathed unto the trustees of the Queenstown Metho-
dist Episcopal Church of Queenstown, Maryland, absolutely.
