Protestant Church of West Baltimore Station in the City of
Baltimore, a body corporate, dated April 14th, 1886, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
J. B. No. 1092, folio 154, covering property at the southwest
corner of Lafayette Avenue and Gilmor Street, in the City
of Baltimore, subject to the payment of the annual rent there-
in referred to.
45. To the Deed from Central Fire Insurance Company
of Baltimore (formerly the President and Directors of the
German Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore), a body cor-
porate, of the State of Maryland, to Minister and Trustees of
the Methodist Protestant Church of West Baltimore Station
in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate, of the State of.
Maryland, dated September 29th, 1922, and recorded among
the Land Records, of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
3918, folio 287, covering property at the southwest corner
of Lafayette Avenue and Gilmor Street, in the City of Balti-
more, said Deed merging and extinguishing the ground rent
issuing and payable out of said lot, under and by virtue of
a Lease recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber J. B. No. 1092, folio 154.
46. To the Deed from the Minister and Trustees of the
Methodist Protestant Church of West Baltimore Station, in
the City of Baltimore, a body corporate, of the State of Mary-
land, to the Trustees of the West Baltimore Methodist Prot-
estant Church, a body corporate, of the State of Maryland^
dated March 12th, 1931, and intended to be recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City, covering property at the
southwest corner of Lafayette Avenue and Gilmor Street, in
the City of Baltimore, in fee simple.
47. To the Deed from Joseph E. Cook and Ida E. Cook,
his wife, to the Trustees of the West Baltimore Methodist
Protestant Church, a body corporate, of the State of Mary-
land, dated November 14th, 1929, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5065,
folio 78, covering property located at the northeast corner of
Greenwich Road (formerly Edmondson Avenue) and Char-
ing Cross Avenue (formerly Elsinor Avenue), in the City
of Baltimore, having a frontage northerly on Greenwich Road
of one hundred seventy (170) feet and a depth of even width
westerly binding on Charing Cross Avenue of one hundred
forty-five (145) feet,
