in Baltimore City in the State of Maryland situate at the
southwest corner of Gilmor Street and Edmondson Avenue,
known as No. 1601 Edmondson Avenue, to Saint Mark's
English Lutheran Church, contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Henry A. Smith, which will dated May 22nd, 1928,
is now of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 162, folio 144, etc.

40 To the bequest of two thousand dollars to Saint Mark's
English Lutheran Church, now located at St. Paul and Twen-
tieth Streets, Baltimore, Maryland, contained in the last will
and testament of Conrad Schott, which will dated April 2nd,
1930, is now of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 167, folio 47, etc.

41.      To the gifts, devises and bequests to the German Evan-
gelical Lutheran Immanuel Congregation, Unaltered Augs-
burg Confession in Baltimore, Maryland, contained in the last
will and testament of Harry W. Tormollen, which will dated
April 13th, 1928, is now of record in the Office of the Register
of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. " 162,
folio 100, etc.

42.      To the bequests to First Church of Christ, Scientist,
Baltimore, Maryland, contained in the second paragraph of
the last will and testament of Mary Troxell, deceased, which
will, dated May 17th, 1920, is now recorded in the Office of
the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R.

D.   No. 161, folio 584, etc., of which church said testatrix was
a member at the time of her decease.

43.      To the gifts, devises and bequests to The Christian
Science Pleasan; View Home and First Church of Christ,
Scientist, of Baltimore City, Maryland, contained in the Codi-
cil to the last will and testament of Mary Troxell, which
Codicil dated May 5th, 1927, is now recorded in the Office
of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills Liber

E.   R. D. No. 161, folio 584, etc.

44.      To the Lease for ninety-nine years, renewable forever,
from President and Directors of the German Fire Insurance
Company of Baltimore, a body corporate, of the State of
Maryland, to the Ministers and Trustees of the Methodist
