of such order, post a true copy thereof upon said prem-
ises in the manner above provided for notice to occupants.
Provided, that every such order and copy thereof shall
contain a notice that compliance therewith shall be re-
quired within a period of thirty days from the date of
issuance thereof, and also that any person desiring to con-
test the validity of any such order may enter an appeal
from said order to a Court of competent jurisdiction in
the county where said premises are located, praying a re-
view of such order, said appeal to be filed before the expira-
tion of said thirty-day period.

56E. Any party feeling himself aggrieved by any such
order shall have the right, before the expiration of thirty
days from the date of issuance of any such order, to file
an appeal from said order to a Court of competent jurisdic-
tion in the county where said premises are located, naming
the Insurance Commissioner as defendant, and the entry
of any such appeal shall operate as a stay of said order.
It shall be the duty of the Court to which such appeal is
taken, to forthwith hear and determine the same, and to
affirm or reverse the order from which said appeal is taken,
and such decision shall be final and not subject to further
appeal.

56F. Any owner or occupant of any building or prem-
ises served with a copy of such order in the manner above
provided, who shall fail to comply with such order within
thirty days from the date of issuance thereof, or within
thirty days after any appeal from such order has been
affirmed by the Court, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and, upon conviction, be subject to a fine at the rate of ten
dollars per day for each day's neglect to comply with said
order, or imprisonment for not less than ten days or more
than one year, or both such fine and imprisonment.

56G. In the event any owner or occupant of any build-
ing or premises served with a copy of such order in the
manner above provided, shall fail to comply with such
order within the time specified in the preceding section,
the Insurance Commissioner and his duly authorized depu-
ties may, and they are hereby authorized and empowered
to enter into and upon the premises affected by such or-
der and to cause the said building, structure, or premises
to be repaired, torn down, demolished, materials removed
and all dangerous conditions to be remedied, as the case
may be, at the expense of the owner or occupant, and if
