vide that the provisions of Sections 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E
and 7F of Article 89B of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland as enacted by said Chapter 425 shall
be extended until September 30, 1937.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 212BB of Article 56 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, as enacted by Chapter
425 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland at
its 1933 Regular Session be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:

212BB. During the period June 1, 1933 to September
30, 1937, both inclusive, the receipts from the tax of
one and one-half cents per gallon on motor fuels, as pro-
vided by Section 212B of said Article 56 (and to be desig-
nated as the "One and One-Half Cent Lateral, County and
Municipal Road Gasoline Tax Fund"), shall be disbursed
monthly by the State Treasurer (less such sum to be re-
tained by the Comptroller as, in the judgment of the Comp-
troller, shall be sufficient to enable him to pay promptly
all claims for refund), in accordance with the provisions
of Sections 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, TE and 7F of Article 89B of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland. On and
after October 1, 1937, the said receipts shall be dis-
bursed in accordance with the provisions of Section 212B
of said Article 56.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 4 of
Chapter 425 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land at its 1933 Regular Session, be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as
follows:

Section 4. And be it further enacted, That Sections 7A,
7B, 7C, 7D, 7E and 7F of Article 89B of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, as enacted by Chapter 425 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland at its 1933
Regular Session, shall continue and be in force from June 1,
1933, to September 30, 1937, and no longer, and thereafter
shall cease to be in force and shall be null and void and of
no effect whatsoever.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.
