CHAPTER 452.

AN ACT to provide for the classification of all employees
of the Montgomery County Health Department as of
March 1st, 1935; providing for the appointment and
removal of said employees in accordance with the provi-
sions of Article 64A of the Code of Public General Laws
and authorizing and directing the Commissioner of State
Employment and Registration to extend the facilities of
his office as provided by said Article 64A, providing for
the salaries of said employees to be that paid them on
March 1st, 1935; to authorize the County Commission-
ers of Montgomery County to receive funds or contribu-
tions from sources other than those made available by
the County Commissioners.

CHAPTER 453.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
932 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County, "
sub-title "Sheriff, " as amended by Chapter 440 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1933, in-
creasing the salary of the Sheriff, his deputies and cleri-
cal assistant.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Gene/al Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 932 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County, " sub-title "Sheriff, " as amended
by Chapter 440 of the acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1933, be and it is hereby repealed and re-en-
acted with amendments to read as follows:

932. The salary of the Sheriff of Prince George's County
shall be two thousand two hundred and eighty dollars
($2, 280. 00) per year, payable in twelve equal monthly
installments on the first day of each month, and a further
sum of two thousand two hundred and eighty dollars
($2, 280. 00) annually for a deputy or deputies or
clerical assistant to be appointed by him, and which
shall be paid in equal monthly installments to such
