SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 13 and 15 of Chapter 634 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland for the year
1927, incorporating "Amish Mennonite Children's Home As-
sociation, Inc., " be and they are hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
13. Said Corporation shall be managed and controlled
by a Board of Trustees, selected by the congregations of
said churches having membership in this Association or
Corporation, said Trustees to be selected on a basis of one
Trustee for each one hundred members, or fractional part
thereof of each congregation or church having membership
therein.
15. There shall be an annual meeting of said Corpora-
tion, held in each and every year within one hundred
twenty days after the close of the fiscal year, on such
date and at such place as shall be fixed by the by-laws of
said Corporation, at which said meeting the Trustees and
other officers of said Corporation shall render a full report
of the work and operations of said Corporation during the
past year, and of the financial condition thereof.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 439.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
115 of Article 14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Howard County, " sub-
title "Dogs, " relating to reimbursement of owners of
sheep and turkeys killed by dogs in Howard County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 115 of Article 14 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Howard County, " sub-title "Dogs, " be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as
follows:
