SEC. 2. And be it^ further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 435.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
588A of Article 16, and to add a new Section to said Ar-
ticle 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County, " sub-title
"Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District" author-
izing the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission to name and re-name the streets and high-
ways and to number and re-number the houses within
the boundaries of the Maryland-Washington Metropoli-
tan District lying within Montgomery County; and to
provide penalties for the violation thereof; and said new
Section to be known as Section 588B to follow imme-
diately after Section 588A of said Article, authorizing
and directing the County Commissioners of Montgomery
County to levy a tax for the payment of costs thereof.

CHAPTER 436.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 21 and Paragraph B of Section 66 of Article 99
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929 Supple-
ment), title "Water Fowl, Birds and Game, " sub-titles
"Upland and Migratory Game Birds and Game Animals,
Bag Limits, and Export of Game, " "State Game Refuges
and Hunting Grounds, " as said Sections were enacted by
Chapter 130, Acts of 1933 and Chapter, 568, Acts of
1927.
