sub-title "Appeals, " as said section was amended by
Chapter 508 of the Acts of 1933, relating to appeals from
decisions of the State Industrial Accident Commission.

CHAPTER 366.

AN ACT to authorize the House of Reformation, a body
politic and corporate, to transfer all of its property, real,
personal, and mixed including all its rights, privileges,
franchises and immunities, to the State of Maryland, and
to authorize the Board of Public Works of the State to
accept a deed therefor upon such terms and conditions
as hereinafter set forth, to the end that said institution
may become a State institution.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by Th General Assembly of
Maryland, That the House of Reformation, a body politic
and corporate of the State of Maryland, be and it is hereby
authorized and empowered to transfer to the State of
Maryland all of its property, real, personal and mixed, in-
cluding its rights, franchises, privileges and immunities,
and that the Board of Public Works of the State of Mary-
land is authorized and empowered and directed to re-
ceive a good and sufficient deed transferring to the State
of Maryland all of said property of the said House of
Reformation, provided that the State of Maryland assume
all mortgage liens and encumbrances against said House
of Reformation.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That until the trans-
fer provided for in Section 1 hereof shall have been fully
made and completed, and the obligations assumed by the
State of Maryland as therein directed, the House of Refor-
mation shall continue to exercise all of its rights, privi-
leges and functions as now provided by law, the same as if
this Act had not been passed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.
