(d) It shall be unlawful for any person to fish in the
waters of the Gunpowder River lying in Baltimore County,
with nets from the 15th day of May to the 15th day of Sep-
tember, both dates inclusive, in every year; with nets or
rod, hook and line between the 1st day of November and the
31st day of January, both dates inclusive, in every year;
and all nets and stakes for the taking of fish must be re-
moved before the hour of midnight on the 31st day of Octo-
ber in. every year.

(e) It shall be unlawful for any person to fish with rod,
hook and line or a net in the waters of Bird River between
the 1st day of November and the 31st day of January, both
dates inclusive, in every year. All nets and stakes for the
taking of fish must be removed before the hour of midnight
on the 31st day of October in every year.

(f) It shall be unlawful to haul seine or fish with nets
in any of the rivers, creeks, coves or branches of waters
within the limits of or adjacent or contiguous to Baltimore
County without first obtaining the permission in writing
thereto from the owners or occupiers of the banks or shores
in Baltimore County of such creeks, coves or branches of
waters aforesaid in front of or opposite to which any such
seine or net is or may be placed.

(g) It shall be unlawful to fish with nets or seines of
any kind in the waters of Back and Middle Rivers and of
the tributaries thereof, between the 1st day of March and
the 1st day of June, both dates inclusive, in each and every
year.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 357.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 43 of Bagby's
Annotated Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland,
Edition of 1924, title "Health, " sub-title "Commissioners
of Pharmacy, " to follow immediately after Section 240
and to be known as Section 240 (a), prohibiting "medi-
cine shows" and "patent medicine shows, " and certain
unsafe methods of distribution of samples, of drugs and
medicines.
