their discretion shall seem sufficient, to raise the money
required for any of the said purposes, and when required,
without issuing and sell all of the said bonds herein author-
ized, at one time, or The Commissioners of Cambridge,
Maryland, may sell all of the said bonds herein authorized,
at one time, whichever shall be best in its discretion.
The Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland, shall have
the right to reject any and all proposals, or bids, for the
said bonds, and in that event shall have full power and
authority to sell the bonds theretofore advertised, either at
public sale, after re-advertisement, or at private sale, with-
out re-advertisement, the rights of the purchaser or pur-
chasers of the said bonds, or any of them, shall in no way
or manner be affected or impaired by the application or
misapplication, appropriation or misappropriation by The
Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland, of the money aris-
ing from the sale of any or all of the said bonds.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That The Commis-
sioners of Cambridge, Maryland, are authorized and di-
rected to levy and collect upon all the assessable property
of the City of Cambridge, a tax sufficient to promptly pay
the principal and interest on the said bonds as the said
principal and interest on the said bonds shall become due
and payable, and the said levy and collection of taxes afore-
said shall be made at the same time and in the same manner
as the levy and collection of other municipal taxes.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That The Commis-
sioners of Cambridge, Maryland, shall have full power and
authority to appropriate the proceeds of the sale of said
bonds for any one or more of the following municipal pur-
poses of the City of Cambridge; that is to say:

(a) For the paying for any bulkheading, filling in of
land, or excavating a yacht basin in any park owned by the
City of Cambridge, now done or about to be done, or for
the payment of debts, heretofore made or necessary to be
made for any of the above.

(b) For locating and placing any sewers within the
corporate limits of the City of Cambridge.

(c) For plans, specifications, and drawings or other en-
gineering or legal expenses in connection with the sewerage
treatment and disposal plant, pumping station, intercepting
sewers or other sewer plans.

(d) For acquiring any land or other property within
or without the corporate limits of the City of Cambridge
