Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1924, entitled "Testa-
mentary Law, " sub-title "Inventory and List of Debts, "
changing the form of oath to be administered to ap-
praisers.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 217 of Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled "Testa-
mentary Law, " sub-title "Inventory and List of Debts, " be,
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
217. The appraisers before they proceed to act shall
take the following oath, annexed to or endorsed on the
warrant, before any person authorized to administer an
-oath: "I...................................... do swear that I will well and truly,
without partiality or prejudice, value and appraise the
goods, chattels and personal estate of......................................................
deceased, so far as the same shall come to my sight
and knowledge, and will in all respects perform my duty as
appraiser, to the best of my skill and judgment. "
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 329.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 142 of
Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title
"Licenses, " sub-title "Boxing, Sparring and Wrestling, " exempting
certain organizations in Prince George's County from the pay-
ment of the license fee for conducting boxing, sparring or wrest-
ling matches in the Ritchie Coliseum, at College Park.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 142 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1924 Edition), title "Licenses, " sub-title "Boxing, Sparring and
Wrestling, " be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
142. Every person, club, corporation or association which may
hold or exercise any of the privileges conferred by this sub-title shall,
within twenty-four hours after the determination of every contest,
furnish to the Commission a written report, under oath, showing the
exact number of tickets sold for such contest and the amount of
gross proceeds thereof, and such other matters as the Commission
may prescribe, and shall also within the said time pay to the said
