114. To deed from John L. Riley and Beulah V. Riley,
his wife, to the Committee of the Presbyterian Church in
Snow Hill in Worcester County, in the State of Maryland,
a corporation, dated May 24, 1932, recorded among said
land records in Liber B. B, No. 16, folio 211, conveying the
same property.

115. To the conveyance of J. Wilmer Cronin, Trustee,
to the Vestry of St. George's Parish, of 6. 144 acres of land,
at Ferryman, Harford County, Maryland, which has been
recorded among the Land Records of Harford County in
Liber S. W. G. No. 234 folio 387.

116. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Etta L. Keyser, deceased, of record
in 'Wills" Liber 17, folio 142, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County.

(a) To the devise of home on Virginia Avenue, to
(Rev.) Rowland Reichard, as set forth in Item 1 of said
Will.

(b) To the residuary bequest to the Board of Trustees
of the Manor Church (Dunkard Church), as set forth in
Item 12 of said Will.

117. To the bequest of Three Hundred Dollars unto the
Trustees of the St. Paul's United Brethren in Christ of Ha-
gerstown, as contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Alice E. Thompson, deceased, of record in "Wills" Liber

17. folio 228, one of the record books in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills of Washington County.

118. To the bequests contained in the last Will and
Testament of Benedict J. Boswel, deceased, of record in
"Wills," Liber 17, folio 231, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County, viz:

(a) To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars to the Saint
Michael's Church of Clearspring, Maryland, in Item 2 of
Will.

(b) To the bequest of Twenty-five Dollars unto the
Priest in charge of Saint Michael's Church, Clearspring,
Maryland, in Item 3 of Will.
