HARRY W. NICE, GOVERNOR. 703

(a) To Trustees of the Baltimore Society of the Church
of the New Jerusalem, in Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

(b) To the Cambridge Society of the New Jerusalem
Church, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the sum of One Hun-
dred Dollars ($100.00).

57. To the following legacies contained in the Will of
Lydia Robert Leist, dated April 7th, 1932, and recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills
Liber J. H. B. No. 178, folio 518, viz:

(a) To the Trustees of the Baltimore Society of the New
Jerusalem Church, the sum of Two Thousand Dollars
($2,000.00).

(b) To the Woman's Guild of the Baltimore Society of
the New Jerusalem Church the sum of Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00).

(c) To the Woman's Guild of the German Society of the
New Jerusalem Church the sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100.00).

,58. To the following devises and bequests contained in
the Will of Charles Cronhardt, Junior, dated March 7th,
1927, and the codicils thereto, recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B.
No. 179, folio 131, viz:

(a) To the Theological Seminary of the General Synod
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church located 'at Gettysburg,
Pennsylvania.

(b) To the Board of Deaconess Work of the United Lu-
theran Church in America.

59. To the devise and bequest to the Pastor Fund Society
of the General Synod of the Lutheran Church in the United
States of America of the residuary estate, contained in the
Will of Emma B. Warner, dated April llth, 1917, and re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 181, folio ——.

60. To the Deed to the Board of Deaconess Work of the
United Lutheran Church in America from Grace E. Kriel,
et al, dated September 1st, 1933, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5373,
folio 150 &c.

61. To the following legacies contained in the Will of
Henry Feihe, dated March 30, 1933, and recorded in the
