in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 181, folio 268.

52. To the Convention of the P. E. Church of the Diocese
of Maryland (with the request that the same be added to
the fund for old and disabled clergy), the cash sum of Ten
Thousand Dollars ($10,000,00), contained in the Last Will
and Testament of George H. Sargent, recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber
H. W. J. No 134, folio 401, etc.

53. To the devise to the Convention of the P. E. Church
of the Diocese of Maryland of two annual ground rents of
$60.00 each issuing out of the lots of ground known as 179-
180 Link Avenue, Halethorpe, and cash legacy and securi-
ties amounting to $18,927.86, contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Edith E. Claggett, recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B.
No, 176, folio 526, etc.

54. To the following cash legacies contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Frederick Dennstaedt, recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills
Liber J. H. B. No. 181, folio 23, viz:

(a) To the Grand Lodge of A. F. & A. M. of Maryland
for the use and benefit of the Masonic Home located at Cock-
eysville, Maryland, known as "Bonnie Blink," two hundred
dollars ($200.00).

(b) To the Grand Lodge of A. F. & A. M. of Maryland
for the use and benefit of Germania Lodge No. 160, two hun-
dred dollars ($200.00).

(c) To the Grand Lodge of A. F. & A. M. of Maryland
for the use and benefit of Monumental Commandery No. 3,
Knights Templar, two hundred dollars ($200.00).

55. To the devise and bequest to the Little Sisters of the
Poor of the residuary estate contained in the Will of Sallie
R. Heighe, dated June 29th, 1928, and recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber
J. H. B. No. 176, folio 376.

56. To the following legacies contained in the Will of
Grace Hinkley, dated April 3rd, 1933, and recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills
Liber J. H. B. No. 176, folio 140, viz:
