16. To the following gifts contained in the Deed (unre-
corded) from Annie M. Foley to Safe Deposit and Trust
Company of Baltimore, dated January 22nd, 1927, viz :

(a) The Trustees of St. Charles' College.

(b) Little Sisters of the Poor of the City of Baltimore
(described in the Deed as Little Sisters of the Poor.)
(c) House of Good Shepherd of the City of Baltimore.

(d) The Sisters of Bon Secours for the care of the sick
of Baltimore City, Inc.

(e) Baltimore Academy of the Visitation.

(f) The Tabernacle Society of Baltimore City.

(g) St. Mary's Female Orphan Asylum of Baltimore,
(h) St. Vincent's Infant Asylum of the City of Balti-
more.

(i) St. Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum of Baltimore City.

17. To the following gifts in remainder contained in the
Last Will and Testament of James J. Carroll, deceased, late
of Baltimore City, of record in the Office of the Register of
Wills for said City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 174, folio
370, viz:

(a) The Trustees of St. Charles' College.

(b) The Associated Professors of St. Mary's Seminary of
Baltimore City.

(c) The Associated Professors of Loyola College in the
City of Baltimore.

(d) Little Sisters of the Poor of the City of Baltimore.

(e) The Institute of Mission Helpers of Baltimore City.

(f) Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore City.

(g) The Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis, Phila-
delphia Foundation of St: Joseph's Hospital, Baltimore,
Maryland. (Described in the Will as St. Joseph's Hospital
known as "Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis.)

18. To the gift to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Bal-
timore, contained in the Last Will and Testament of William
J. Hartigan, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in
the Office of the Register of Wills for said City in Wills
Liber J. H. B. No. 177, folio 572.

19. To the gifts in remainder contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Robert E. Jenkins, deceased, late of Bal-
timore City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
for said City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 179, folio 6, viz:
