inafter set forth, and of the license fee set opposite the
respective classes, as follows:
Wholesaler's Licenses...................................................... $200. 00
Such a license shall authorize the owner to import and
keep for sale at the place or places therein designated and
to sell from a central office or location which shall be lo-
cated upon a public street and shall have no blind or other
thing to obstruct full view of the premises to persons pass-
ing along or upon said street (and which shall also be des-
ignated in the license) beer to any retail license owner in
Garrett County and deliver the same from the places des-
ignated to such retail license owner. No such wholesale
license owner shall sell any beer in Garrett County to any
person or persons in Garrett County except to a retail
license owner.
Retailer's Licenses........................................................... $100. 00
Such a license shall authorize the owner thereof to keep
for sale and to sell beer at retail in the place therein de-
scribed, for consumption on the premises or elsewhere, but
said beer shall be sold only in bottles.
All license fees collected under the provisions of this Act
by the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall be paid by him to
the County Commissioners of Garrett County to be placed
in the general fund of said County. Except within the lim^
its of any incorporated town, one-half of such license fee
shall be paid by the Clerk of the Circuit Court to the Mayor
and Council of the incorporated town in which such license
premises may be located.
337AA. More than one license, provided by this Act,
whether by way of renewal or otherwise, may be issued to
any person or for the use of any partnership or unincor-
porated association in Garrett County, but no more than one
license shall be issued for the same premises; and it shall
be lawful for any licensee, by making application in the
manner elsewhere described in this Act, to obtain both, a
wholesaler's license and retailer's license upon compliance
with the other provisions of this Act, and upon payment of
the fees described for each class of license. Where the same
person is the holder of both classes of license, separate
books of accounts shall be kept for each place of business,
and the respective licenses shall otherwise be subject to
all of the provisions of this Act.
337B. Every application for a license authorized by this
Act shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
