or interest, be and the same is herewith transferred to the
Department of Maryland State Police.

All transfers hereinbefore set forth shall be effective as
of the date when this Act shall become effective.

All sums of money set forth in the budget of the State
of Maryland for the fiscal years of 1936 and 1937, and
budgeted to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, under
title "Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, " sub-title "Motor
Cycle Department, " sub-sub-title "Classification of Em-
ployees, " be and the same is hereby declared to be for the
use of the Department of the Maryland State Police, and
not for the use of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles;
and shall be expended by the Department of Maryland
State Police for the payment of employees of the Depart-
ment of Maryland State Police.

All sums of money set forth in the budget of the State
of Maryland for the fiscal years of 1936 and 1937 and
budgeted to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, under the
title "Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, " sub-title "Motor
Cycle Department, " sub-sub-title "Object of Expenditure, "
be and the same is hereby declared to be for the use of the
Department of Maryland State Police and not for the use
of the Commissioners of Motor Vehicles, and shall be ex-
pended by the Department of Maryland State Police for
the expenditures therein set forth.

The unexpended balance of all sums of money, as of June
1st, 1935, set forth in the budget of the State of Maryland
for the fiscal years of 1934 and 1935, and budgeted to the
Commissioner of Motor Vehicles under title "Commission-
er of Motor Vehicles, " sub-title "Motor Cycle Department, "
sub-sub-title "Salaries, Wages and Special Payments, " be
and the same is hereby declared to be for the use of the
Department of the Maryland State Police and not for the
use of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, and shall be
expended by the Department of Maryland State Police for
payment of employees of the Department of Maryland
State Police.

The unexpended balance of all sums of money, as of
June 1st, 1935, set forth in the budget of the State of
Maryland for the fiscal years of 1934 and 1935, and budg-
eted to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles under title
"Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, " sub-title "Motor Cycle
Department, " sub-sub-title "Operating Expenses, " be and
the same is hereby declared to be for the use of the Depart-
ment of the Maryland State Police and not for the use of
the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, and shall be expended
