lowing the meanders thereof, in a northwesterly direction,
to the point where the easterly line of the Charles C. Bohrer
property intersects Rock Creek, the said property being
the certain tract of land particularly designated and de-
scribed in Deed Recorded in the Land Records of Mont-
gomery County, Maryland, in Liber J. A. 46 at Folio 38,
the above described point being where the boundary of the
Bethesda Fire Department taxing area leaves Rock Creek;
thence in a southwesterly direction and with the easterly
line of the said Charles C. Bohrer property to the northeast
corner of the M. E. Coolidge property; thence with the
easterly line of the said M. E. Coolidge property and across
the public road known as the Jones Bridge Road to
the northerly line of the property of the Columbia
Country Club; thence following the boundaries of
the said Columbia Country Club in a clockwise
, direction to the northwest corner of the property
t of the Chevy Chase Land Company; thence in a
southerly direction and with the westerly line of the prop-
" erty of the Chevy Chase Land Company to the southwest
corner of the said property of the Chevy Chase Land Com-
pany; thence in an easterly direction and with the south-
erly line of the property of the said Chevy Chase Land
Company, crossing the right of way of the Metropolitan
Southern Branch of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Com-
pany to the northeast corner of the property of Mary E.
Patten, et al; thence southwesterly and with the westerly
line of the property of the said Chevy Chase Land Com-
pany, crossing the East-West Highway, and with the west-
erly boundary line of Chevy Chase Section 4-B, to the north-
ern boundary of the special taxing area of Section Four of
the Village of Chevy Chase, Maryland; thence westerly and
southerly along the northern and western boundaries of
the said Section Four taxing area and across Bradley Lane
to the Northern boundary of the Chevy Chase Club; thence
following the boundaries of the said Chevy Chase Club in
a clockwise direction to the southwest corner of the said
Chevy Chase Club; thence west to the center line of Wis-
consin Avenue; thence southerly along the center line of
Wisconsin Avenue to the place of beginning, the County
Commissioners of said Montgomery County are hereby au-
thorized and empowered to levy annually against all of the
real and personal property within said area a tax sufficient,
but not in any event more than fifteen (15) cents on each
$100. 00 of the assessable value of the real and personal
property within said area, to pay the annual requirements
or expenditures necessary to establish, maintain and oper-
