and antiseptics having no germicidal strength must be
plainly labeled and sold as such and such preparations as
have no such germicidal strength, shall not be labeled "dis-
infectants."

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 174.

AN ACT to add one new section to Article 35 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Evidence,"
sub-title "Proof of Accounts," said ngw section to follow
immediately after Section 52, to be known as Section
52A, to provide an additional method of securing judg-
ment upon Affidavit in actions brought before Justices of
the Peace.

CHAPTER 175.

AN ACT to repeal Section 418 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County," sub-title "Edmonston," and
to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 402 and
404 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title and sub-title as aforesaid,
as repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 407 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1933, providing that the term of
office of the Mayor and Treasurer henceforth shall be for
the term of two years, and further providing for the ap-
pointment of one judge and one clerk for the election of
officers, further, changing the date for the town elections
from the First Monday in July to the First Monday in
May; and to add a new section to said Article, said new
section to be known as 417A and to follow immediately
after Section 417 of said Article, making it unlawful for
the Mayor, member of the Town Council, or Treasurer,
to be a party to or have any interest in any agreement or
contract made with the Town of Edmonston or its
officials.
