40. To a deed from Jacob Simon to the Christ English
Lutheran Church, said deed bearing date January 21, 1935,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. 5512, folio 12, conveying the leasehold interest
in the lot of ground known as 705 South Charles Street.

estate of Louis Simon, to the Christ English Lutheran

S. C. L. 5512, folio 300, conveying the leasehold title in the
lot of ground known as No. 709 South Charles Street.
