suant to the authority of Acts amendatory of Chapter
459 of the Acts of 1931, and described as follows:
One certificate of indebtedness issued December 30, 1933,
maturing December 30, 1934, in the amount of $5, 000. 00;
Certificates No. S A 2R-5 (1-2-4-7-8-9) maturing March
March 15, 1935, in the amount of $28, 000. 00; Certificate No.
S-29, maturing May 1, 1935, in the amount of $15, 000. 00;
Certificates Nos. 34 SA-1 to 18, maturing May 25, 1935, in
the amount of $18, 000. 00; Certificate No. SA 1-R5, matur-
ing May 29, 1935, in the amount of $50, 000. 00; Certificates
Nos. S A 2R-5 (3-5-6-10-11) maturing May 29, 1935, in the
amount of $22, 000. 00; Certificate No. S-25-R, maturing
June 1, 1935, in the amount of $6, 000. 00; Certificate No.
34 SA-20, maturing June 1, 1935, in the amount of
$9, 000. 00; Certificates Nos. 41 to 60 inclusive, maturing
October 1, 1935, in the amount of $20, 000. 00; Certificate
No. 34 SA-19 maturing November 29, 1935, in the amount
of $9, 000. 00; Certificate No. 34 SA 21, maturing December
1, 1935, in the amount of $10, 500. 00; Certificates Nos. B
121 to B 150, maturing December 15, 1935, in the amount of
$30, 000. 00; Certificates Nos. 61 to 80 inclusive, maturing
October 1, 1936, in the amount of $20, 000. 00; Certificates
Nos. 81 to 100 inclusive, maturing October 1, 1937, in the
amount of $20, 000. 00.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That all of the
bonds, certificates of indebtedness or other obligations re-
ferred to and described in the section next preceding are
hereby validated and confirmed, and declared to be the
valid, binding and subsisting general obligations of the
County Commisisoners of Montgomery County, issued upon
its full faith and credit.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That any and all spe-
cial assessments and/or other special levies heretofore im-
posed by the County Commissioners of Montgomery Coun-
ty within the Montgomery County Suburban District, for
the purpose of paying the interest on and the principal of
any or all of the bonds, certificates of indebtedness or other
obligations hereinabove authorized to be refunded, shall
be segregated into a special account by the Treasurer of
Montgomery County and dedicated to the payment of the
principal of and the interest on the bonds hereby author-
ized to be issued in appropriate proportions so that any
special assessments or other levies imposed for the pur-
