is ordinarily used for the hunting of water fowl; provided,
however, that for the purpose of securing a berth for the
legal gunning days, as herein defined, crafts or hunting
outfits may, on the evening preceding the legal gunning
day, use the main channel, between 6 P. M. and 12 o'clock
"Midnight, " to reach the waters above a line from Point
Concord Lighthouse in Harford County to Stump's Point
in Cecil County, and also use the main channel to reach
the waters below a line from Locust Point in Harford
County to Turkey Point in Cecil County. No person shall
cross these lines until 3: 15 A. M. of the legal gunning days.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts
of laws of the State of Maryland, general or local, incon-
sistent with the provisions of this Act, be and the same are
hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency,
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1935.

CHAPTER 560.
AN ACT to repeal Section 520 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County, " sub-title "Vienna, " and to enact
two new sections in lieu thereof, said new sections to be
known as Sections 520 and 520A of said Article, extend-
ing the boundaries of the town of Vienna and relating to
the territory thereby annexed.

CHAPTER 561.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Commissioners of
Cambridge, Maryland, a municipal corporation, in Dor-
chester County, in their discretion, to acquire and hold
for corporate purposes of the City of Cambridge, by any
lawful means, either by gift, purchase, lease or exchange
including the right of eminent domain, land and prop-
erty, within and without the corporate limits of the said
