the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and, having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported
by three-fifths of all of the members elected to each of the
two Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 542,
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Montgomery County, " sub-title "County Treasurer, "
said new section to be known as Section 213A and to
follow immediately after Section 213 of said Article, au-
thorizing the Treasurer of Montgomery County to sell
at public auction, at certain intervals, any real property
bought in by said County at its tax sales.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County, " sub-title
"County Treasurer, " said new section to be known as Sec-
tion 213A, to follow immediately after Section 213 of said
Article, and to read as follows:
213A. The County Treasurer is authorized to offer,
during the year 1935, for sale at public auction, either
upon the premises or at the Court House door in Rockville,
any real property which has been bought in by Montgom-
ery County prior to June 1, 1932; and in every fifth year
after the year 1935, said Treasurer is authorized to offer
for sale at public auction any real property so bought and
held by said County for three consecutive years prior
thereto.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.
