borrow money from the credit union or to become surety
for any other member, whose application for a loan is under
consideration. A borrower may repay the whole or any
part of this loan on any day on which the office of the cor-
poration is open for business.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1935. <

CHAPTER 480.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 39 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Fish and
Fisheries, " sub-title "Crabs, " said new section to be
known as Section 95A and to follow immediately after
Section 95 of said Article, relating to the taking of crabs
in the Patuxent River.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929 Supple-
ment), title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Crabs, " said
new section to be known as Section 95A, to follow immedi-
ately after Section 95 of said Article, and to read as
follows:
95A. It shall be unlawful for any person to take or catch
soft shell crabs in the waters of the Patuxent River by net
or seine, other than net or seine with handle attached, with-
out first obtaining a license from the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in which he resides and paying therefor the sum of
Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00), which license shall be good
for the year of issuance only. All the other provisions of
this sub-title as to the taking of crabs, unless otherwise
provided in this section, shall apply to the taking of crabs
by net and seine with handle attached. Any person viola-
ting the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misde-
meanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a
fine of not more than Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00) for each
offense.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.
