(h) It shall be unlawful for any person having a license
under this Act, excepting Clubs, Restaurants and Hotels
which may sell light beer in connection with food, to sell
any intoxicating beverages between the hours of 12: 00
o'clock Midnight and 7: 00 o'clock A. M. and on Sunday, and
Election and Primary Day in the County, or on Election or
Primary Day in any incorporated municipality on days of
municipal elections or primaries.

(i) It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this Act
to violate any provision of his application or of the license
issued thereunder.

(j) Any person or persons, upon indictment and con-
viction of violation of any provisions of Sections 316G and
316H, shall be fined a sum not in excess of $1, 000. 00, or
shall be confined in the jail of Allegany County or in the
House of Correction of the State of Maryland for a period
not to exceed two years, or both fined and imprisoned in the
discretion of the Court, and in the event that said person
so convicted shall be a licensee under the provisions of this
Act, his license may be suppressed and no license under this
Act shall thereafter be granted to such person for a period
of three years from the date of his conviction and suppres-
sion of license; and the Court may provide that no license
shall be granted to the premises upon which said license
has been formerly held for a period of not exceeding twelve
months after said conviction.

Section 3161. Every manufacturer or wholesaler, or
Licensee under this Act, who shall be liable to the payment
of any taxes upon alcoholic liquors manufactured or sold
by said Licensee to the State of Maryland, shall keep an
accurate record of alcoholic beverages sold by him, and
every retailer who shall be liable for any tax upon the sale
of alcoholic beverages shall keep an accurate record of all
purchases and sales of such beverages for the period of one
year from the date of such sale or purchase, and every
such record shall plainly indicate the date of each sale or
purchase, the quantity thereof in gallons or fractional
parts thereof, and the name and address of each purchaser
or seller, all of which records shall be kept in such manner
as shall be prescribed by the Comptroller of the State of
Maryland, and shall be open to the inspection by the Comp-
troller or any of his deputies or inspectors during all regu-
lar business hours. Every license holder shall at any time
and from time to time, upon written request of the Comp-
troller, report under oath on forms prescribed by the
