Class A. (Off sale). Such a license shall authorize the
holder thereof to keep for sale and to sell all alcoholic bev-
erages at retail at the place therein described and to de-
liver the same in a sealed package or container, in quanti-
ties of not less than one pint, which package or container
shall not be opened, nor its contents consumed on the
premises where sold, or on any premises in which the said
licensee shall have any direct or indirect interest.

Light Beer, Beer, Wine and Liquor License, Class B.
(On sale, hotels and restaurants). Such a license shall
authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell all
alcoholic beverages at retail at any hotel or restaurant at
the place therein described for consumption on the prem-
ises or elsewhere.

Light Beer, Beer, Wine and Liquor License, Class C.
(On sale, clubs). Such a license shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and sell all alcoholic beverages at
retail at any club at the place therein described for con-
sumption on the premises or elsewhere. Except for Clubs
and Hotels, no license shall be issued for premises which
do not front upon a public street, and no blind or obstruc-
tion shall be allowed or permitted which may obstruct the
view of persons passing along said street from a full view
of such licensed premises.

Section 301A. Special Licenses. The Clerk of the
Court, upon approval of the Court, upon applica-
tion therefor, in such form as may be prescribed
by said Court, signed and sworn to, shall have
authority to grant special licenses of any of the above
classes, except manufacturer's and wholesaler's, which
shall entitle the holder thereof to exercise any of the
privileges conferred by the respective classes of licenses
at any bona fide entertainment held or conducted by any
club, society or association at the place therein described,
for a period not exceeding seven consecutive days from the
effective date thereof, upon the payment of a fee of Five
Dollars ($5. 00) per day for any light beer, beer or beer and
light wine license, and of Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00) per
day or Seventy-five Dollars ($75. 00) for six consecutive
days for any beer, wine and liquor license, which shall be
paid to the Clerk for the use of the County before any such
license is issued.

301B. Temporary Licenses. Pending final action upon
any application for any license described in Sub-section 5
of Section 301 of this Act, expiring on April 30, 1934,
