(3). LIGHT BEER LICENSES. Class A. (Off Sale).
Such a license shall authorize the holder thereof to keep
for sale and sell light beer at wholesale or retail at the
place therein described, and to deliver the same in a sealed
package or container, which package or container shall not
be opened nor its contents consumed on the premises where
sold or on any premises in which the said licensee shall
have any direct or indirect connection.

Light Beer License, Class B. (On Sale, hotels and restau-
rants). Such a license shall authorize the holder thereof
to keep for sale and sell light beer at retail at any hotel or
restaurant at the place therein described for consumption
on the premises or elsewhere.

Light Beer License, Class C. (On Sale, clubs). Such a
license shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale
and sell light beer at retail to bona fide members and their
guests at any club at the place therein described for con-
sumption on the premises or elsewhere.

Light Beer License, Class D. (On Sale, generally). Such
a license shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale
and to sell light beer at retail at the place therein described
for consumption on the premises or elsewhere.

(4). LIGHT BEER, BEER AND LIGHT WINE LI-
CENSES. Light beer, Beer and Light Wine License, Class
A (Off sale). Such a license shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and to sell light beer, beer and
light wines at wholesale or retail at the place therein de-
scribed and to deliver the same in a sealed package or con-
tainer, which package or container shall not be opened nor
its contents consumed on the premises where sold, or on
any premises in which the said licensee shall have any di-
rect or indirect interest.

Light Beer and Light Wine License, Class B. (On sale,
hotels and restaurants). Such a license shall authorize
the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell light beer and
light wines at retail at any hotel or restaurant at the place
therein described for consumption on the premises or else-
where.

Light Beer, Beer and Light Wines License, Class C. (On
sale, clubs). Such a license shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and sell light beer, beer and light
wines at retail to bona fide members and their guests at
any club at the place therein described for consumption on
the premises or elsewhere.
