The salaries of the members of the said Boards of License
Commissioners shall be as follows:
In Baltimore City, the Chairman of the Board shall re-
ceive an annual salary of Thirty-Five Hundred Dollars
($3, 500. 00), and the other members of the Board shall re-
ceive an annual salary of Three Thousand Dollars
($3, 000. 00).
In Calvert County each of the members of the Board shall
receive an annual salary of two hundred dollars ($200. 00).
In Prince George's County, each of the members of the
Board shall receive an annual salary of Five Hundred Dol-
lars ($500. 00). The Clerk of the Board who shall be the
Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners shall receive
an annual salary of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($250. 00) as Clerk to said License Board; the attorney for
the Board shall receive an annual salary of Two Hundred
and Fifty Dollars ($250. 00), and the said Board shall be
authorized to expend such additional sum or sums as may
be necessary, not exceeding Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($250. 00), per annum, to cover stenographic and other ex-
penses.
In Washington County each of the members of the Board
shall receive Ten Dollars ($10. 00) per day for each day de-
voted to the business of the Board, not to exceed Fifteen
Hundred Dollars ($1, 500. 00) per annum.
In Cecil County the members of the Board of County
Commissioners shall each receive, in addition to their pres-
ent salaries, two hundred dollars ($200. 00) per annum for
their services in acting as members of the Board of License
Commissioners of said County.
In Dorchester County the members of the Board of
County Commissioners shall each receive, in addition to
their present salaries, one hundred dollars ($100. 00) per
annum for their services in acting as members of the Board
of License Commissioners of said County.
In Carroll County each of the members of the Board of
County Commissioners shall receive, in addition to their
present salaries, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00)
per annum for their services in acting as members of the
Board of License Commissioners.
46. BOARDS OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS. EM-
PLOYEES AND COMPENSATION. In addition to the
powers hereinbefore provided, the said respective Boards
shall be authorized to employ a secretary and such inspec-
tors, clerical and other assistance as may be necessary, and
