officer, Board or Bureau, or upon such complaint, notice of
which shall be given to the licensee at least ten days before
such hearing, revoke or suspend any license issued under
the provisions of this Act. Nothing contained in this sec-
tion shall prevent the immediate suspension of any license
by the Comptroller as hereinbefore provided.

44. REVOCATION — DISQUALIFICATIONS. When
the license issued under the provisions of this Act has been
revoked, such licensee shall not at any time thereafter be
entitled to obtain any other license under the provisions of
this Act, and no other person shall be entitled to obtain
such a license for the same premises until after the expira-
tion of six months from the date of such revocation and
not at all in the discretion of the said Comptroller, Board
of License Commissioners for the city or county or Bureau
of State Licenses as the case may be.

BOARDS OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS.

45. BOARDS OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS, AP-
POINTMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS. The Gover-
nor, biennially, by and with the advice and consent of the
Senate, if in session, and if not in session, then the Gov-
ernor alone, shall appoint in Baltimore City, and in each of
the counties of Prince George's, Calvert, Washington, Wicom-
ico and Worcester Counties three persons who shall con-
stitute and be styled "The Board of License Commissioners
for Baltimore City or........ County, " as the case may be.

In making said appointments the Governor shall designate
one of the appointees in Baltimore City and each of said
Counties to be the Chairman of the respective Boards. Said
Commissioners shall be residents and voters of Baltimore
City or the respective Counties, as the case may be, and
they shall be men or women of high character and integrity
and of recognized business capacity. Provided, however,
that all appointments made in pursuance of the provisions
of this Act made on or before the first day of June, 1935,
shall expire on said date and provided, further, that the sur-
viving members of the Board of License Commissioners for
Baltimore City appointed in pursuance of Chapter 491 of the
Acts of 1933, and the Board of Beer License Commission-
ers of Prince George's County, appointed in pursuance of
Chapter 488 of the Acts of 1933, shall remain in office and
constitute members of the Boards of License Commission-
ers for said City and County, until June 1st, 1935. In case
