ment or place of business, nor the bottling of beer at any
place except where the same is brewed. Such license shall
also authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages at the licensed
place of business by the manufacturer to any other license
holder in this State, and the transportation and delivery
from the place of sale to such license holder or to a common
carrier for such delivery. It shall not authorize the sale of
alcoholic beverages for the consumption on the premises
where manufactured or sold, nor the sale and delivery of
alcoholic beverages within this State to any person other
than a license holder under the laws of this State, pro-
vided, however, that a manufacturer of industrial alcohol
may sell the same to its customers for bona fide commercial
use and not for beverage purposes. Provided further that
a license manufacturer of light beer or beer may sell to
consumers for consumption off the premises where sold in
lots of not less than a case of twenty-four bottles or in
containers of not less than four gallons.

(2) Wholesaler's License. Such a license shall author-
ize the holder to import and keep for sale at the place or
places therein designated and to sell, from a central office
or location which shall be located upon a public street and
shall have no blind or other thing to obstruct full view of
the premises to persons passing along or upon said street
(and which shall also be designated in the license) all al-
coholic beverages to any other license holder in this State
and deliver the same from the places designated to such
license holder or to a common carrier for such delivery.
No such license holder shall be permitted to sell any alco-
holic beverage for delivery in this State except to another
license holder. A holder of a wholesaler's license shall be
entitled to receive and have a Class A license for the sale
of light beer, beer, wines and liquors upon complying with
all provisions relating to such licenses and provided such
Class A license shall be for a separate place of business
from that designated in the wholesaler's license, and separ-
ate books of accounts shall be kept for each place of busi-
ness. None of the provisions of Chapter 5 of the Acts of
the Extraordinary Session of the General Assembly of
1933, relating to the filing of applications with the Clerk
of the Court or publishing of notices, shall apply to appli-
cants for manufacturer's or wholesaler's licenses.

(3) Light Beer Licenses. Class A. (Off Sale. ) Such
a license shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale
and sell light beer at wholesale or retail at the place therein
