Section 105B, directing the County Commissioners of
Allegany County before selling any property purchased
by it at a tax sale to first give the predecessor in title of
said property the privilege of purchasing said property
from said County Commissioners for a sum equivalent
to the price paid by said County Commissioners at said
tax sale, plus all accrued taxes and public liens against
said property, and the additional sum of six per centum
per annum.

CHAPTER 53.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 257-261, both inclusive, of
Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Kent County, " sub-title "Liquors
and Intoxicating Drinks, " said sections relating to the
shipment of alcoholic beverages into Kent County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 257-261, both inclusive, of Article
15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Kent County, " sub-title "Liquors and In-
toxicating Drinks, " be and they are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety,
and having been passed upon by a yea and nay vote, sup-
ported by three-fifths of all of the members elected to each
of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
102 of Article 1A of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "City of Cumberland, "
sub-title "Wages, " and to add five new sections to said
Article, said new sections to be known as Sections 102A
