of Annapolis such a license may be issued upon the approval
of and for such fee as may be fixed by the Mayor, Counsel-
lor and Alderman of the City of Annapolis.

The hours during which the privileges conferred by such
a license may be exercised from 6 A. M. to 2 A. M. on the
day following on every day except the day of any general,
special or primary election, and in the City of Annapolis
the hours shall be fixed by the Mayor, Counsellor and Alder-
man of the City of Annapolis, except in Washington County
where only beverages not exceeding fourteen per centum
(14%) of alcohol by volume shall be sold on Sunday. In
Prince George's County the holder of such license shall not
be permitted to sell on Sunday any alcoholic beverage con-
taining more than fourteen per centum (14%) of alcohol by
volume.

"ON SALE" LIQUOR, WINE AND BEER LICENSES FOR
HOTELS IN CECIL COUNTY. Bona fide hotels complying
with the general provisions and regulations of this Act and
on payment of an annual license fee of $350, shall be en-
titled to serve liquors, wines or beers to guests while seated
at tables, or in their rooms between the hours of 7 A. M.
and 11 P. M. every day, excluding Sundays, but no sale of
liquor to exceed one quart and no sales shall be made at bars
or counters. A guest shall be construed to mean a person
who has ordered a meal or hired a room for one night or
more.

BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE. CLASS C.
(ON SALE) CLUBS. Such a license shall be issued by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County in which the place
of business is located, or by the Clerk of the Court of Com-
mon Pleas for Baltimore City, if the place of business is
located in said City, and shall authorize the holder thereof
to keep for sale and sell all alcoholic beverages at retail at
any club, at the place therein described, for consumption on
the premises only. The annual fee for such a license
shall be Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250. 00), and
shall be payable to said Clerk, before any such license is
issued, for distribution as hereinafter provided.

Such a license shall be issued only in Baltimore City,
Baltimore and Washington Counties, the towns of North
Beach and Chesapeake Beach, and such a license
may be issued in the City of Annapolis, upon the approval
of and for such fee as may be fixed by the Mayor, Counsel-
lor and Alderman.

The hours during which the privileges conferred by such
a license may be exercised shall be from 6 A. M. to 2 A. M.
