located outside of the corporate limits of Westminster, the
county seat, and in Talbot County no such license shall be
issued except to grocery stores, drug stores, incorporated
clubs, restaurants and hotels who have been doing business
at the place of business applied for, for more than two years
prior to the date of the application for such license, and such
a license may also be issued in the City of Annapolis upon
the approval of and for such fee as may be fixed by the
Mayor, Counsellor and Alderman of the City of Annapolis,
and in Cecil and Kent counties no such license shall be issued
except to retail druggists and grocers who have conducted
such business at least one year prior to application for such
license.

The hours during which the privileges conferred by such
a license may be exercised shall be in Baltimore City, Balti-
more, Calvert, Charles, Washington, Prince George's and
Howard counties from 6 A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight; in
Carroll County from 8 A. M. to 9 P. M. and in Cecil and Kent
counties from 6 A. M. to 11 P. M,, but no holder of such
license shall be permitted to make any sale on Sunday or
on the day of any general, special or primary election. In
the City of Annapolis the hours shall be fixed by the Mayor,
Counsellor and Alderman of the City of Annapolis. In
Talbot County, the hours shall be from 8 A. M. to 8 P. M.

BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE. CLASS
B. (ON SALE) HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS. Such
a license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of the County in which the place of business is located, or
by the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas for Baltimore
City, if the place of business is located in said City, and
shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell
all alcoholic beverages at retail at any hotel or restaurant
at the place therein described, for consumption on the
premises or elsewhere. The annual fee for such a license
shall be Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750. 00) except
in Washington County where said fee shall be Five Hun-
dred Dollars ($500. 00), except in the towns of North Beach
and Chesapeake Beach where such annual fee for such li-
cense shall be Four Hundred Dollars ($400. 00), and except
in Baltimore County where the fee shall be Six Hundred
Dollars ($600. 00) and shall be payable to said Clerk, before
any such license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter
provided.

Such a license shall be issued only in Baltimore City,
Baltimore, Prince George's and Washington Counties, the
towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach, and in the City
