571F. A petition for the submission of the question
provided by Section 571B, of this Act, shall be in sub-
stantially the following form:
"To the Board of Supervisors of Elections of Montgomery
County:
The undersigned registered voters of Rockville, Be-
thesda, Potomac and Wheaton election districts outside of
the incorporated towns of Takoma Park and Kensington,
respectfully petition that you cause to be submitted in the
manner provided by law, to the voters of said districts, ex-
cept those in Takoma Park and Kensington, at a special
election to be held on the fourth Tuesday in April, 1935,
the following question, to wit: (Here insert question)

571 G. A petition for the submission of the question
provided by Section 571A, of this Act, shall be in substan-
tially the following form:
"To the Board of Supervisors of Elections of Montgomery
County:
The undersigned registered voters of................................
election district of Montgomery County, respectfully peti-
tion that you cause to be submitted in the manner provided
by law, to the voters of.................................. election district
of Montgomery County, at a special election to be held on
the fourth Tuesday in April, 1935, the following question,
to wit:

571H, A petition for referendum as provided by this
Act may consist of several sheets, but each sheet shall be
supported by an affidavit of a resident and voter of the
district for which such a petition is filed, stating that the
signers on every sheet are genuine and that to the best of
his knowledge and belief the persons signing the same are
registered voters as indicated upon such petition. Where
the petition consists of more than one sheet all sheets shall
be fastened together and filed with the Supervisors of Elec-
tions at the same time.
5711. Upon the filing of a petition for a referendum in
the Clarksburg election district of Montgomery County,
as provided in Section 571A of this Act, the Liquor Con-
trol Board of Montgomery County shall be authorized in
