centum (5%) per annum, dated June 1, 1910, and issued
and sold pursuant to the authority of Section 175 of Chap-
ter 86 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
passed at its Regular Session in the year 1910, and subject
to redemption at any time after ten years from their date
of issue;

(c) $200, 000. 00 aggregate principal amount of an is-
sue of $210, 000. 00 of Havre de Grace Water Bonds, bear-
ing interest at the rate of five per centum (5%) per an-
num, dated July 1, 1926, and issued and sold by The Mayor
and City Council of Havre de Grace pursuant to the au-
thority of Chapter 176 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at its Regular Session in the year 1922,
the proceeds of the sale of said bonds having been used for
the purpose of purchasing the plant and property of the
Havre de Grace Water Company, and said bonds being sub-
ject to redemption at any time after ten years from their
date of issue in the manner prescribed by Section 309 of
Chapter 630 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at its regular Session in the year 1916;

Prior to the issuance of the bonds herein authorized to
be issued and sold, The Mayor and City Council of Havre
de Grace shall proceed to call for redemption the obliga-
tions above referred to in the manner prescribed by the
several Acts of the Assembly pursuant to which said obli-
gations were originally issued and sold.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That all of the bonds authorized to be
issued and sold hereby, shall be and remain exempt from
taxation of any kind whatsoever, by the State of Mary-
land and by the Counties and municipalities of said State.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That for the purpose of paying the
interest on said Series A and Series B Bonds hereby author-
ized to be issued and sold as the same become due and
payable, and for the purpose of paying said bonds them-
selves as they respectively mature or are redeemed, all of
the net revenues from the operations of the Havre de Grace
Water Plant shall be pledged exclusively to the payment
of said principal and interest by the Mayor and City Coun-
cil of Havre de Grace by appropriate Ordinance. It shall
be the duty of the Municipal Utilities Commission of Havre
de Grace to levy and collect all water rents or other charges
payable for water service in the City of Havre de Grace,
