SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 41A of Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Montgomery County, " sub-title "Bethesda, " as said sec-
tion was enacted by Chapter 305. of the Acts of 1935, be
and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1936.

CHAPTER 26.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 405A, 405B and 405C of Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Montgomery County, " sub-title "Game
and Furbearing Animals, " as said sections were enacted
by Chapter 292 of the Acts of 1933, and to enact in lieu
thereof two new sections, to be known as Sections 405A
and 405B and to follow immediately after Section 405
of said Article, authorizing the setting of traps for
catching certain predatory animals and birds.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 405A, 405B and 405C of Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Montgomery County, " sub-title "Game and
Furbearing Animals, " as said sections were enacted by
Chapter 292 of the Acts of 1933, be and they are hereby
repealed; and that two new sections be and they are hereby
enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as Sections 405A and
405B, to follow immediately after Section 405 of said
Article, and to read as follows:

405A. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to
set, place or maintain any snare, dead-fall, steel trap or
other similar device in Montgomery County for the purpose
of taking or catching any game animal, game bird or fur-
bearing animal, except under the following conditions: It
