80. To the gift, devise and bequest contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Florence Ware Kuenne, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, dated July 29th, 1933, duly ad-
mitted to probate by the Orphan's Court of Baltimore City
on March 2nd, 1936, and to be recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber J.H.B.,
No. 185, Folio — etc., as follows:

(a) To Grace English Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City the single stone diamond earrings and dia-
mond breast pin of the Testatrix under the second item of
said Will.

81. To the gift, grant, conveyance, assignment and
transfer of a certain mortgage for Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00), dated October 26th, 1923, from the Epiphany
Lutheran Church of Powellnaron to Frederick N. Powell and
Anna M. C. Powell, his wife, recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S.C.L., No. 4096, Folio 505
etc., as contained in a Deed of Trust, dated October 26th,
1923, and duly recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber S.C.L., No. 4096, Folio 600 etc., from
the said Frederick N. Powell and Anna M. O. Powell, his
wife, to Frederick A. Hightman in trust for the said Fred-
erick N. Powell and Anna M. C. Powell, his wife, for their
respective lives, with remainder to the Epiphany Lutheran
Church of Powellnaron, subject to the terms and condi-
tions of said Deed of Trust.

82. To the grant and conveyance contained in a Deed
dated June 17th, 1935, and duly recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County on June 18th, 1935, from Har-
old M. Vick to Robert L. Roth for his natural life, with
certain powers, with remainder to August M, Roth and
Minna B. Dreher, for and during the terms of their natural
lives, with remainder to the Inner Mission Society of the
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore and vicinity, a
body corporate, of a certain fee-simple lot of ground in Bal-
timore County.

83. To the gifts contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Ludlow C. Willett, deceased, late of Baltimore City,
of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said City
in "Wills" Liber J.H.B. No. 185, folio —, to the following,
viz:

(1) Vestry of St. Paul's Parish in Baltimore County,
State of Maryland.

(2) First Church of Christ, Scientist, Baltimore, Md.
