66 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 14

City in "Wills" Liber J.H.B., No. 184, Folio 343 etc., as
follows:

(a) To the Grace English Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Baltimore City the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) under the second item of said Will.

(b) To the Inner Mission Society of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore and vicinity, Incorporated,
the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) under the
third item thereof.

(c) To the Salem Hebrew Lutheran Mission of Balti-
more and vicinity the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00) under the fourth item thereof.

(d) To the Tressler Orphans' Home the sum of One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) under the fifth item thereof.

(e) To the General German Orphan Association of the
State of Maryland the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) under the sixth item thereof.

(f) To the Silver Cross Home for Sane Female Epilep-
tics the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) under the
seventh item thereof.

(g) To the Port Mission of Baltimore the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00) under the eighth item thereof.

(h) To the Redemptorists for the use and benefit of
Saint Michael's Roman Catholic Church, the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00) under the ninth item thereof.

(i) To the Oblate Sisters of Providence of Baltimore
City for the use and benefit of the Saint Francis Colored
Orphan Asylum, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
under the tenth item thereof.

(j) To the Baltimore Museum of Art the statuary and
works and objects of art and gilt parlor suite of furniture
and pewter ware of said Testator under the eleventh and
twelfth items thereof, for the purposes therein set forth.

(k) To the Colonial Trust Company in trust for Kather-
ine Ruth Paul for life with the remainder after her death
to The Inner Mission Society of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore City and vicinity, incorporated, the
sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) under the four-
teenth item thereof.

(1) To the Inner Mission Society of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City and vicinity, incorporat-
ed, all the rest, residue and remainder of the property and es-
tate of the said Testator of whatsoever kind, nature and de-
scription, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the
same may be situate, under the twenty-fourth item thereof.
