84. To the bequest to the Vestry of Saint Paul's Parish
in Baltimore County, the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1, 000), for the endowment fund of said parish, as con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of Miss Mary K.
England.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1936.

CHAPTER 15.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 5
of Chapter 197 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1931, to provide for the increase of the term of office of
the Mayor and Councilmen of the Town of Seat Pleasant;
and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 7 of
said Chapter 197 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1931 increasing the term of office of the
Treasurer of said town; and to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Section 13 of said Chapter 197 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1931, increasing
the annual tax rate of the said Town,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 5 of Chapter 197 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1931 be and the same is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the election for
all elective town officers shall be held on the first Monday
in May at a place or places to be designated by the Mayor
and Common Council, and notices of such places must be
posted in three public places at least ten days before said
election. Such polling places shall remain open from 1
o'clock P. M. to J o'clock P. M., or longer at the discretion
of the Mayor and Common Council. Such election shall be
conducted by three judges and two clerks to be appointed
by the Mayor and Common Council annually, and they shall
each take the oath prescribed herein for town officers.

The said election judges and clerks shall be known as
the Board of Election Supervisors, shall serve without pay
as such, and shall meet on the first Monday of April of each
