Said will having been registered in Anne Arundel County
and Letters Testamentary issued by W. Meade Holladay,
Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County.

77. To a deed from The Associate Congregational
Church of Baltimore, a body corporate, to The First Spiritual
Church of Baltimore, a body corporate, bearing date of
August 26th, 1908, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City, in Liber S.C.L. No. 2445, folio 209, con-
veying the fee-simple to said property to The First Spiritual
Church of Baltimore City to property located on the South-
east corner of North Avenue and Hope Street, Baltimore
City, with a width of 65.6 feet on South side of North, Ave-
nue and a mean depth of ninety feet.

78. To the gifts, devises and bequests contained in the
Last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto, of Annie M.
C. Powell, late of Baltimore City, deceased, said Will being
dated March 2nd, 1927, and duly recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber
J.H.B., No. 182, Folio 372 etc., as follows:

(a) To the Reverend Frederick A. Hightman the sum
of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) under the seventh item
of said Will.

(b) To the Epiphany Lutheran Church of Pbwellnaron,
a body corporate, all the rest, residue and remainder of the
property and estate of the said Testatrix of whatsoever
kind, nature and description, real, personal and mixed, and
wheresoever the same may be situate, under the eleventh
item of the said Will; subject however, to the payments by
the said church therein set forth and made a charge against
the property and estate so passing under said item of said
Will.

(c) To the gift, devise and bequest of the fee-simple
property on Marluth Avenue, known as the residence of the
deceased, with its furniture and equipment, for use as a
home for aged and infirm Lutheran ministers to be known
as the "Powell Ministerial Home," and of the sum of Ten
Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in trust for the maintenance
thereof, as contained and set forth in the Codicil to the
aforesaid Will, said Codicil being dated April 17,1935.

79. To the gifts, devises and bequests contained in the
Last Will and Testament of John H. Lederer, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, dated December 19th, 1925, and duly
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
